Privacy Policy

At PDL, safeguarding your proprietary designs and corporate information is as critical as the precision of our manufacturing. This policy outlines our rigorous standards for data collection, utilization, and protection.

1.1 Information Collection Scope

To execute highly customized production runs, we require specific operational data:

  • Corporate Identity: Company names, authorized representative contacts, billing addresses, and tax identification numbers.
  • Technical Specifications: Vector artwork, 3D renderings, material requirements, and brand guidelines necessary for accurate fabrication.
  • Logistical Data: Freight forwarder details, delivery destinations, and receiving protocols.

1.2 Data Utilization

Your data is strictly utilized for operational fulfillment. We do not engage in third-party data brokering. Information is exclusively used to:

  • Process and manufacture your custom signage orders.
  • Communicate quality assurance updates and production milestones.
  • Coordinate international shipping and customs documentation.

Privacy FAQs

How do you protect my proprietary design files?
We operate under strict internal Non-Disclosure protocols. All submitted design files, blueprints, and branding assets are stored on secure, access-controlled servers. Only the specific engineering and production teams assigned to your project are granted access to these files.
Do you share our corporate data with external vendors?
Data is only shared with vetted third-party logistics and freight partners strictly for the purpose of delivering your manufactured goods. We do not sell, lease, or distribute your information to marketing agencies or unauthorized entities.

Terms of Service

These terms govern the manufacturing relationship between PDL and our clients. By submitting a purchase order or approving a production blueprint, you agree to these foundational operational standards.

2.1 Custom Fabrication & Tolerances

Due to the bespoke nature of industrial signage fabrication, standard manufacturing tolerances apply. Minor variations in dimensions (± 2mm) and paint matching (within standard Pantone variance) are considered acceptable unless rigid aerospace or medical-grade tolerances are explicitly contracted prior to production.

2.2 Approvals and Production Initiation

Production lead times officially commence only after two conditions are met:

  1. Written approval of the final engineering blueprints and digital proofs.
  2. Receipt of the agreed-upon initial production deposit.

2.3 Compliance & Certification

PDL guarantees that all integrated electronic components (such as LED modules and power supplies) meet strict CE & RoHS certifications. However, the client assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the final installation of the signage complies with all local, municipal, and national electrical and building codes in the destination country.

Shipping & Freight

Unless otherwise specified, all quotes are based on EXW or FOB terms. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon handover to the designated carrier.

Warranty Claims

We stand behind our factory quality. Warranty covers electronic component failure under normal usage conditions. Labor costs for removal or reinstallation are not covered.
