Preparation
Open the box, take out the 1:1 scale yellow Kraft paper and spread it on the floor. Then, place the LED letters on the corresponding graphic on the Kraft paper. Take the transformer after confirming the LED letters, and read the installation instructions carefully. Plug in the transformer and test the LED letters.
Positioning
Fix the Kraft paper to the location where you want to install it (the template shows the mounting screw holes and cable outlet holes).
Drilling
Use self-tapping screws and drive them three-quarters of the way in at the correct spots. Then, use an 8mm diameter masonry drill bit to drill the cable outlet holes.
Mounting
Apply silicone sealant and hot-melt adhesive to the back of the LED letters, and route the cable through the outlet holes. Then, hang and tighten the corresponding screws (the corresponding Kraft paper must be torn off before installation). Apply a small amount of silicone sealant in discreet locations between the LED letters and the backing.
Wiring
As illustrated, connect the 220V to the transformer input or 'L' 'N', the 12V output (anode, +, red) (cathode, -, black/blue), and connect the black/blue cables to the LED letters' output.
Location
The transformer must be installed in a dry and well-ventilated location.
Transformer Structure
LED letters are 12V low-voltage electrical devices. If many lights are cascaded, it will dim the lighting, so we need the transformer V+, V- or COM in parallel with the LED letters.
Critical Warning
Do not connect directly to 220V without using a transformer!!!
