How an Ultra-Slim LED Poster Light Box Is Built
A Backlit LED Poster Frame is an ultra-slim edge-lit LED light box. LEDs are positioned on one or multiple sides of the frame. The PMMA light guide panel distributes this edge lighting evenly across the poster area. An optical diffuser reduces visible hotspots, while a reflective layer redirects light forward. The backlit film sits safely behind a protective panel, easily accessible via a snap or magnetic structure.
Protective cover
Clear acrylic or polycarbonate panel protecting the graphic from dust and scratches.
Backlit graphic
Translucent PET or backlit film printed for transmitted light.
Optical diffuser
Reduces visible hotspots and bright edges from the edge-mounted LEDs.
PMMA light guide panel
Laser-patterned or optically patterned acrylic that guides edge light to the poster surface.
Edge-mounted LED strip
12V or 24V DC lighting system integrated into the frame perimeter.
Reflective layer & Back panel
Redirects light forward and provides structural rigidity to the low-profile frame.
Aluminum frame
Slim wall-mounted structure with snap-open or magnetic front access.
